• The package price is subject to 11% Government tax and 10% service charge
• The package is valid from 1 April 2006 - 31 March 2007
• The package is valid for double occupancy
• Extension night at USD 400++/night, subject to 21% tax and service charge. Inclusive of breakfast
• An additional high season surcharge at USD 35++/room/night for the following period: 1 July - 31 August and 20 December - 5 January
• Any cancellation made within 14 days (for low season) & 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to 50% of the package rate. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival and No Show are subject to 100% of the total amount of the package
